Refund policy

At Meorii Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy to understand the terms and conditions.

Eligible Returns: You may return eligible items for a full refund within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Unapproved Returns: Returns of used, damaged, or unauthorized items will be rejected and shipped back to the customer when possible. Meorii Jewels is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns that were not properly approved.

Return Processing Time: Once your return request is received, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days from the time we receive the item for the refund to be issued back to the original payment method.

Refund Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email detailing the refund, credit, or information about any new order placed once the return has been processed.
